Study after study has shown that fitness goals are better achieved with a buddy. So who better to encourage you in your engagement fitness goals than your fiancé? We have compiled some fun couples workouts that you and your future hubby can do together!

In the gym:

  1. Strength Training: Incorporate medicine balls into your ab workouts while passing the ball between you. Spotting each other while weight lifting also is a great way to workout together.
  2. Cardio Side-by-Side: Reserve your cardio machines together so you can encourage one another towards each other’s goals!
  3. Take a Class Together: Whether it’s couple’s yoga, Zumba, or kickboxing, sweating together in a group fitness class will ensure your fitness success.

Out of the gym:

  1. Hiking: Workouts don’t always have to feel like workouts. Spend some quality time taking in nature and burn calories at the same time!
  2. Dance Lessons: Don’t have your first dance choreographed yet? Couples dance lessons are a great way for you to laugh and create memories while moving!
  3. Catch a Wave: Water sports are a fun and unique way to achieve your wedding-day fitness goals. Skiing, kayaking, or swimming are an alternative way to keep yourself motivated.
