Deciding what kind of wedding transportation you need can be confusing. Before you book a limo, there are several questions you should ask.
1) Who all do you want to ride with you? You may opt to have a private ride with just yourself and your groom. If that is the case, a town car or smaller vehicle will work just fine. If you want to transport your parents, grandparents or bridal party, you will want to get a larger vehicle to accommodate the larger group.
2) Do you want the limousine for the entire day or just certain parts? Having the limousine for the entire event may be the most expensive option, but it also can be a very convenient choice. You won’t have to worry about getting arranging multiple rides to the ceremony and then again to the reception if you book for the entire day. A cost-saving alternative is to have people meet at the ceremony and then book the transportation for part of the day, for instance from the ceremony to the reception only.
3) How old are the limousines?
4) Is anything included with the ride, such as champagne?
5) Is gratuity included?
6) What happens if the limousine is late?
7) Do you have a minimum amount of time you book for? Some companies book on a minimum amount of time, meaning that even if you only plan on hiring them for a half an hour ride from the ceremony to the reception, you might be paying the same amount as if you had them for 5 hours.
