Color trends for 2013 are very diverse! Continuing in popularity this year is honeysuckle and all variations of pink. Other bright bold colors continuing to gain popularity are orange, green and yellow. It might seem drab on its own, but gray is becoming a popular choice for brides to use as a complimentary color.  It is a great compliment to a wide variety of other color choices.

In contrast, pastels, including Tiffany Blue, sage, and shades of lilac are also expected to be in high demand. Natural earthy tones, such as beige, driftwood and cool blues are becoming even more fashionable as well. Also, mint green is a classic color that can be mixed with a wide variety of hues to create weddings that are suitable for multiple seasons. Mint green and blush make a beautiful combination for a light and bright spring wedding.

You can also choose your wedding colors from nature.  There are so many beautiful colors in nature and they will definitely brighten up your big day!  One way you can do this is by using the colors from your favorite fruit!  There are so many amazing fruity colors from plum purple to cherry red to choose from, and they can also be great inspiration for your décor.

Adding texture to invitations is becoming all the rage. Invitations are being embellished with anything from ribbons, feathers, crystals, to dried flowers. In addition, layered invitations make the invitation colors more striking and add another dimension.
