How we obtain your information:

When talking about privacy, there is only so much information that any website can collect without you answering specific questions through registration or surveys. GonnaGetWed.com logs IP addresses (the location of your computer on the Internet) for system administration, troubleshooting, and to determine traffic trends. (For example, IP addresses help us figure out the number of people coming from various online gateways and other websites.) All IP information is recorded for our information only, and is not linked to any personal information.

GonnaGetWed.com does not use any cookies (a small data file stored on your computer), on our websites. The only personal information we have access to is the information that you provide us when you register with GonnaGetWed.com. 

After we collect information from you:

Information we obtain from your participation on our site allows us to improve our content, customize offers for you, and send you updates and special offers from GonnaGetWed.com.  We share your names, address, phone numbers, wedding date, and other demographic information you supply us, with our pre-screened organizations that are members of our site.  We hope these special offers will be of interest to you and help you in planning your wedding details.  You can remove your name and address from these mailing lists by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” button found on the special offers sent from GonnaGetWed.com, or by emailing us at brides@gonnagetwed.com and be sure to include “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.  By unsubscribing, you will no longer receive any special offers.  However, you are still entitled to continue your membership and maintain your personal bridal page.  Please be aware it may take up to 30 days before you no longer receive these offers.  Also, please note that once you have registered your information with GonnaGetWeb.com and we share it with our pre-screened organizations, we no longer hold responsibility for future special offers these organizations send you from their own server or personal website.  Please fill free to contact these individual organizations to be removed from their lists.     

Security:

Your privacy is very important to us.  However, there are certain incidents that we cannot be responsible for.  We cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed to third parties. Under certain circumstances, governmental or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions and/or private communications. In the event we need to investigate any issues or inquiries, we can and will disclose any of your personal information to private entities, law enforcement, or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, deem necessary or appropriate.  We will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information off-line. All of our members’ information is protected in our offices. Only employees who must have your personal information to perform a specific job have access to your information. All databases are password-protected at all times.  The servers in which we store any personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

GonnaGetWed.com has the right, at anytime, to change any or all of our information usage practices.  If GonnaGetWed.com ever changes any of the information usage practices that pertain to your personal information, you will be notified via email.

GonnaGetWed.com will mostly likely at some point transfer your bride page to a different area of the site once your wedding date passes.  We reserve the right to move pages and place or delete them as needed. 

GonnaGetWed.com does not support nor encourage the use of Spam.  If you suspect that someone is using this website to solicit spam to other members, please notify us right away by sending an email to brides@gonnagetwed.com and be sure to include “User Abuse” in the subject line.  If GonnaGetWed.com finds that any of our users are using our website to solicit spam, we will immediately deactivate their membership and they will no longer be allowed to access the site. 

Spam is illegal.  The federal Anti-Spam law went into effect on January 1, 2004 and preempts all state laws. The federal law will prosecute violators, which can include a fine and/or imprisonment up to 5 years.
